NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing to Certify Delinquent Accounts will be held at the October 27, 2026, Board Meeting at 6:30pm at the Loviers Village Club, Billiards Room, 7885 Louviers Boulevard, Louviers, CO 80131, and via Zoom.

 Any property owners or affected parties of Louviers Water and Sanitation District may attend to dispute such delinquency; any accounts not brought current by the end of said meeting shall be certified to Douglas County for collection by the Louviers Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors.
