NOTICE OF HEARING
TO CONSIDER A MANUAL METER READING FEE

LOUVIERS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Louviers Water and Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Louviers Water and Sanitation District may fix a manual meter reading fee within the District’s service area at an open public meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Billiards Room, Louviers Village Club, 7885 Louviers Blvd, Louviers, CO 80131.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding such proposed action. Information regarding the District’s rates, fees and charges may be obtained from Circuit Rider of Colorado, PO Box 359, Littleton, Colorado, 80160, telephone number 303-482-1002, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
